What we collect

• When you send the survey request form: your name, the property address, your phone number and email address, and the property type you choose.
• If you type an address, phone number or email address into the form and then leave the page, switch to another tab or app, or lock your phone before sending it, what you have typed so far (including your name and property type, if you entered them) may be sent to us so that we can follow up. Clearing the address, phone and email fields before you do any of those things stops this, but it cannot take back anything already sent. If you would rather we never received a partial entry, call us instead of typing your details into the form.
• With each request we also record the date and time, your IP address, the city that IP address points to, your browser and device type, and any campaign or source tags in the link you came from.
• When you pay: your card or bank account details are entered on Stripe's own payment page and are never entered on, sent to or stored by this website. Stripe tells us who paid, the amount, and the contact details you gave on its page, plus anything you type into its extra fields.
• When you call or email us, whatever you tell us.

How we use it

To answer your request, plan and carry out the roof survey, send you an agreement or an invoice, take and record payment, and keep our business records. This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising tools. Our hosting provider's page view statistics and bot protection are described under Cloudflare below.

Who handles it

• Our team. Access to the stored requests is limited to our team.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the requests you send through the form. It also collects page view statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and runs bot protection that sets a cookie named cf_clearance in your browser. Cloudflare handles these under its own privacy policy.
• Resend delivers the email alerts that tell our team a request has arrived.
• Google Workspace runs our email, so messages you send us are handled there.
• Stripe processes payments. Its privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy. Its checkout may offer Link, a Stripe service that saves your payment details for faster checkout; if you use Link, Link's own terms and privacy notice apply. Stripe's payment page may use cookies or similar tools under its own policies.
• Anyone the law requires us to give it to.

How long we keep it

We keep survey requests and payment records for as long as we need them to respond to you, carry out the work and keep our business records.

Your choices

Call or email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will do so unless we need to keep it for legal or record-keeping reasons.

If we change this page, we will update the date at the top.
